It looks like you already know how to if you made that avatar yourself. The grey is really just gradients, which are those icons that continue to have more and more black dots in them.

Since I made "Scaring Monks" in early December, I've been planning on turning it into a series and I started on the sequel in early January. Well, I animated on and off every other weekend until now, making tests (Battle Royale and Small Plane Flying) and one animation for a competition (1 vs 1 fight). I made a ton of progress, but lost most of it. Today I finished it up and I think it's much better than it was before.
