Abilities:

• Resizing (making things, including himself, shrink or grow)
  
• double-framing (slowing things down)
  
• choppiness (superspeed)
  
• not bad at melee combat with or without his cursor
  

Weaknesses:

• can only use his abilities on things that his cursor is touching
  
• can only use his powers in an animation (meaning i won't compete in wRHG lol)
  
• using his cursor's powers makes him tired, can't use them for more than a few seconds at a time
  

Story:
One day an all-powerful animator drew a stick figure and gave him self-awareness, making him the first animation to know it's an animation. It then used this knowledge to his advantage and took over the computer. (this is now known as the "animator vs animation" series) He became bored with all the power he gained, so he joined RHG, bringing only his cursor.

Umm... when I compare Kino and this, Kino has little to no comparison to this, except for the story.

This RHG's more animator-like, more like Flash's 4th Wall Breaker, which is pretty cool.

Lol the only comparison Kino has to this is that he has a sword based off a tablet pen.
When someone makes a SAO RHG he can compare it to that XD
