I'm thinking what need to be down is have a reset for all the player who stop play after at least a month,becuase im pretty sure that would keep things moving in the top 100 better^^ it doesn't even seem half the ppl up there play O.o so it like what can you do? all the activity is in the lower top 100 board<<

well for one I thing if you don't play for a month your probably not coming back secondly this is a small game it doesn't take that long to get back up to your rating<< and thirdly those who do stop play are taking up space in the top 100, things need to be kept moving I think it would help in the log run,and it doesn't have to be a month but I know for a fact that some of them are not used one alt took almost a year to drop out of the top 100 alt like theses neeed to be reset or canceled to make room for other ppl

Why not just have a slow rating decay over time? Stop playing for a week? -20 rating or something.
