Reducing jug/spear by 25 mana is pretty minuscule change IMO... we are talking, what, a 10-12 second or so difference? Some other things would be far more disruptive like reducing albow cost and open up game play more...

Hey people, don't hate before the change. We've grown way too accustomed. What will this update enable in say, OvO?

I feel perhaps this is a bandaid fix, or it could swing the meta too far into tank direction. OvO isn't all archers, it's only this because of the way people are playing right now. But it's not undefeatable, unexploitable or predictable. Archer heavy doesn't give map control necessary (tanks do), and can be prone to rush strategies.
