Don't see how bringing up bugs, problems in game, and known abusers fits under these three. But I do think it would be best if CJ just manned up and said,
"SE isn't fixable. We may in the future create a new one on a new platform." Because that is what makes the most sense given the old tech/code involved. Just be honest about it.
