So i was playing against CJ and ping was 150-200. He was saying that he couldn't move and i told him that idk why, and i told him i'm playing downloaded version because it's faster and i dont need to refresh anymore. Cj said that he will start banning people who are playing downloaded version(playing on Adobe falsh player)...

Seriously? Wow. Didn't know flash player version was not allowed.

I usually just play on the web browser, but in the past when I've used the client it has been much faster, albeit slightly glitchy. I've never had any complaints from my opponents that it is more laggy when I've played it.

Yes I was.

Flash player version gives you access to anything on the stage that's outside the intended viewing range which could include new things to glitch with ect.
