You don't cancel your money... You cancel paying for it, but I have heard that if you canceling, you lose chaos immediately.

They changed that - it used to be the case that you lost chaos right away, then MaiamiBigAl and I got chaos extended (having paid for 30 days, we got 30 days) - since then it seems to give you the full 30 days.
I know this is definatly what happened to me, because I waited till I was near the end of my subscription and cancelled it to see what happened, and I did not lose chaos until the end of the paid period.
I also got 1000 coins for the armoury when I paid for a new subscription, for my 'first month' bonus :)


Re OP question;
You go to paypal, and cancel the automatic payment you set up. Then you should have chaos for the rest of your month, and at the end you will lose chaos and not pay anything else.
