I was, yet again,.bored.

I had fun with this one; ideas kept flowing.
I totally failed at sketched lens flares, lol.

This is actually a very nice and comprehensive sketch, i mean it's not all perfect and all but that's what sketch
is supposed to be, for me i would say this is good already but hey i think i also have a hint you for, if you're gonna
try and draw lens or like sun lenses, don't do it paper because it's harder, try it on computer like digital painting, it really
helps to define it's lights and lenses so much better than on paper because for lenses, you will mostly need colors to define
it so yeah try that, i'm sure it'll help more than trying on paper

btw i'm trying to hold an art battle soon and since you can draw pretty good on paper too, you think you might want to have some
fun with us? it's not like a contest or anything but like i said, it's just for fun, maybe we'll do it like 3 or 4-5 way battle but yeah let me know

Thanks for the tip, but originally this wasn't planned for digital art.
I do feel I should go over this in SAI now tho :O

The hands are oddly shaped with one of them either having too big fingers or the other having too big of a palm, also the eyes are too big (yes, i know this is Sonic for even for the cartoon anatomy it is still too disproportionate)...

I like the concept, angling, and flares though...

Yeah, it's the fingers, but I assumed "Hey, sonic wears gloves, and it look's pretty glovey; I'll keep it :D"
I know compared to official sonic pics the gloves aren't really defined as such, more so "white hands", making it look off in that sense.

I see the disproportion.
I've actually tried quite a few times to get it correctly, but that's as close as I was able to get with it without bending the eye curves so much he'll look like shadow. lol

In my opinion, the right foot (the foot behind) is in a akward position, it should be faced sidewards. But hey, i'm no artist so yea :I
