I'm with Boelle on this one.
At 2k plus ranking it can take between 5 and 10 minutes to get a match so its quite reasonable to do something else while waiting. Sometimes its chat in clan, or read this forum, quite reasonable to believe he was watching a replay. I never tried a replay while in a queue, because I think you dont get informed that you have a match - but thats only my gut feeling as I never tried it.

Its far less reasonable to think after a 5 - 10 minute wait he'd deliberatly cause out of sync, and have to wait again.

It really pisses me off when playing a high level alt and after a long wait you dont even get a game!
So much so I even stopped paying for chaos on my main (chaoticevil) and paid for tzxchaoticevil instead - at least I got games quicker while ranking :)

lol jus sayin guys, some guy called xXSpike said he was gonna get me banned, and tryed freezing the statue (this was quite recently, and there has been a patch for it, i believe) and took a screenshot or someshit and he said he was gonna post it on the forums to try get me banned *account is jojamajo2* even though i was winning lol. i jus want to say, hes a dumass rager lol, he was hurling insults at me heaps cuz he was losing lol. i also wanted to say, the only time i 'exploited' was the pre-match thingy, where u see whether yr opponent is favoured or not (this has been fixed in patch 1.60), i usually quit the game if my opponenet was 'even', 'favored', or was the chaos civ. thats the only time ive exploited lol. jus saying.

I do understand you can count every spec of dust in your house before you can find a match when you have high rating, but I don't watch replays while waiting. It's a pain in the ass for me too when i'm in matchmaking, but I do stuff other than watching replays. Now we all know that loading a replay while in a match can cause the game to go out of sync. Learn children, cause i'm failing at it.

Hello, I would like to add another name to the exploit list:
Kelvinross
Exploit: Surrender-lag
Outcome: the game glitched, didn't count it as a loss to his records, and made me lose. The match now doesn't show up on my record.
Actions leading up to the exploit: just created an Eclipsor, his bombers vainly exploded, then he surrendered, typed I or l, paused the game, then froze it like that.
I encourage the Admins to look into his account.

No, I dont think you are.
I read every post as this thread developed, and I never came across any account with a name like yours - unless your in game name is radically different to 'that other guy'.

Why would you think your on the list? your not an exploiter, are you? Do you have a bad connection or something?
We dont hunt people for lagging out and losing, only if the lag causes the other person to lose :)

For our information;
Did you get a screenshot? Normally many exploits prevent a replay, but a screenshot of the chat you list above would be pretty strong evidence of an exploit.
How did you have the chat with him, after the game has lagged out?
When was this, was it post patch 1.60?
