If u reset them, they keep coming back again.... It's too easy for them to get back to 1900s-2000s, then they keep boosting again. So what's the point? I suggest banning them once and for all. ALL OF THEM

So you are proposing that admins ban their ip addresses? It won't solve anything.
They will find another loop hole like using different ip addresses and different computers. I think best solution is that if it is possible for the admins to modify the game so that it tracks surrenders and multiple surrenders to the same two combatants.
