Hmm, it could work; but there are literally over 1000 RHG on the site and growing, not to mention RHG changes.
The last official list we had were those participating in the RHG tournament back on FA, which was more convinient because participants had to be set up and ready with their RHG.
If you're hoping to get everyone down, prepare for little free time.
(I'd post my RHG, but the RHG section is a list in itself already.)

EDIT: btw, it's not official unless it's been approved by official authority (eg. stone, jeff, any core mod).

I believe you should add abilities and/or weapons, that way if someone wants to battle an RHG with fire powers he only needs to hit ctrl + f and look for "fire" instead of opening every RHG page.
I also believe this should be taken care of by the soon-to-come sectional mod "The Mediator".

I have enough time to keep this updated pretty often, I know that there're over 1000 threads, but the currently active RHGs are ... well not that much, it actually has decreased a little.

And yeah it's official, I asked stone about it, and I can keep this going.
