Wrote this on the spot. I just hit the recording button and started playing whatever came to mind. I felt a certain way while writing this. I had gone through a situation I don't want to discuss and yet, my piano put my feelings into sound. Hope you enjoy! Feedback and thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!

Loved the intro, but it seemed like you lost focus about a minute into it. There doesn't seem to be a melodic or rhythmic motif to give the song a sense of cohesiveness. Like around 2:00-2:13, you start to emphasize a 4/4 beat for the first time, but then you abruptly switch it up and never go back to that kind of rhythm for the rest of the song. It seems out of place and the constant transitions are a little jarring without anything to tie them together.

The chord changes sounded lovely, though, and I really like the piano's tone. Is it software?

The software is Reason. It doesn't follow any music rules. There was no tempo in mind, it was more of an artistic expression, a similar term can be surrealism, if it makes any sense to you. Honestly, it was an improve with no takes, It was an emotional moment my fingers translated haha.

None of that really excuses the issues I pointed out. I gave criticism assuming you have some iinterest in improving, but if you don't really care then feel free to dismiss my comments because this is too "surreal" for them to apply.

No offense taken, it's just frustrating when people try to make excuses to invalidate criticism. I realize this was an improvisation so I understand you weren't focusing on any of the things I brought up, but it wouldn't hurt to try and improve in those aspects. Like I said, it still sounded great.

This piece was truly beautiful. An inspirational masterpiece in every right. I hope to hear much more of this.
