Your lines are very sketchy and its hard to tell if she is very pale, or if you just didn't color in the skin.
The head seems really large compared to the body and on top of that the hair seems to just sit atop her head, not come from it like it should.

Just popping by to give some critique. Any offence taken is in no way intentional on my part.

You have absolutely no knowledge of human facial anatomy, ie. the placement of the eyes, nose and mouth.

Overly sketchy outlines that interfere with the overall look of the drawing

Scythe blade is too small.

Hair is drawn with little consideration as to the root of the strands.

Shoulders are of different length

Collar bone is drawn without knowing what it is supposed to look like, or where it is supposed to be placed.

Clothes seemed to be painted on, instead of the character actually wearing it.

Anger vein fails to look like one.

Horrid handwriting.
