flames are more fluid and stream like while that was just sort of a blob :P

if you want realism, then this is bad. . . but, if your trying to do is cartoon ish style, yeah this is good ^^ and cute ^^
and if it's catoon style, try to animate more exaggerated fire ^^

Yeah it's cartoony :D and ill try the exaggerated thing.

the fps was like... really low. or you quadrupled framed and it made the anim kinda hard to watch.

frame by frame thought it seems like a good start to a traditionally cartoony stick animation style. Keep refining!

Plasmaghohst I think that the problem may have been that I have used too many frames. It was at 24 fps which I dont think is that low. But for the amount of frames i used I definetly should have used a higher fps.
