Heres a good plan: Said before: pick pocket the guard and find a gun and a key. Piss off one guard and then they will open the cell to kick your ass. using your fighting skills and fork kill both guards and take their uniforms and weaponry. Next, as you leave the cell climb the sniper tower and decapitate the first sniper. Use his rifle to pick off the other snipers. Next, Go back down and Use the fork to cleave away the barbwire and climb the fence. your home free.

Isn't there a sniper directly facing your cell? If he sees you killing the guards, then when you come out he is going to shoot you anyways. Also, don't say, I'm dressed as a guard so he won't shoot me. The thing is, why would 2 guards go in, 1 comes out, and starts walking away from his post. Suspicious, no?

The post is directly infront of you, not the sniper. For all you know he can be facing the other direction. And in most P.O.W camps if you piss off one guard they both go in to kick your ass!

Then the sniper is not following orders to keep an eye on you(if that's what he is supposed to do).

Remember, Its a P.O.W camp. Snipers in these camps had to also watch out the base for potential invasions. So its common for a sniper to look the other way.

If the guards are right next to your cell, I would pickpocket both guards and hopefully find, at least, 1 gun and the cell keys. Shoot both guards before they react and use them as meat shields from the snipers. If you have good accuracy it should be a piece of cake taking out all 3 snipers. Once they're dead use the keys and escape the camp. You are now free but you'll get crushed by a random boulder.

Snipers will shoot trough the dead bodies. They're dead, so it doesn't matter. LOL

What if the snipers don't pierce?

How about this: the sniper directly in front of your cell: faces you.
The sniper at the gate of the camp: faces out
The sniper to the left behind a wall: gets to take a nap.
