Alright. This tutorial is random but extremely helpful. In this tutorial, you will be creating a sun for your outdoor animations.

Step 1. Open up Flash and create a blank document.
Step 2. Make a yellow circle with a thickness of 10.
Step 3. Go to Modify-Shape-Convert lines to fills.
Step 4. Go to Modify-Shape-Soften fill edges. Set the pixels and number of steps to 50.

You should end with something like this:

Ta-Da! You have created a realistic sun!

(Optional step: Fill in the circle in the middle white. I personally don't do this, but you may want to.)

If this helps you, please rep!!

hmmm.... you may want to use some pictures in the tut, and maybe tell them to make the sun a graphic also (so they dont mess up the sun with the BG) but ok tutorial, not necessary though. 5/10

Show me an animation with a sun in it that was made on stickpage and i'll give you rep. No one makes suns here... this "tutorial" is useless and the information of converting lines to fills was already stressed in 2 of my tutorials, meaning that most people already know this.

Thanks, but no thanks.... Anyway, how in the world is the a "realistic" sun. Maybe it will help n00bs, but I doubt it.
