I know you guys are looking for active members. But I think its more important to look for more active "animators." We need members who can get the job done. def if you're having a clan promo coming up. AND hell yeah we gotta judge the tryout skills, it tells us who is more committed to join our clan. I hope we can talk about this on skype. I don't want this to be a popularity vote. The only reason i'm cranky bout this is because this happen to me long time ago with Rebellion.

If Bujjang happen to be our member, he probably wouldve been more active. But he's not, so there's no point for him being active here in the first place D: So untill he gets in the clan fully, we can judge if he's active or not. Bujjang is pretty much my main vote. My second vote wouldve be Beast, cause it actually looks like he really gave it his all on that tryout. and my third vote wouldve been rexy cause his spectacular combos :p. gj on that rexy!

Is this even a choice?

If someone has no clan, they sometimes have little to no reason to post. When it comes to activity for your clan when judging new members, the post count doesn't matter that much, if at all. Plus you can create a Skype chat with other members and keep your activity there, despite it's not impossible to ask someone if they could post a little more. As long as you can keep in touch with them, the post count shouldn't be relevant.
It's easy to keep at posting here, but it's harder to keep at a project, remember the forums can be a minor or even a major distraction from animating.

You both do kinda have a point, but I think that if you're gonna join a clan, atleast SHOW that you're ready to join it. I think that if you won't even bother to post, why even tryout? Skill isn't everything, y'know. Everyone can improve. Molgera is a good balance of animation skills and activity, and that's how I think it's supposed to be.
About the promo, yes, I do want everyone to make a quality part. I also want them to ACTUALLY MAKE the part, instead of it taking 10000 years(like Nemesis' did). I want things to get done. I think that members are more than skills. I mean, I'm not the best animator myself. Does that mean that you guys should kick me out of the clan? No, because I can improve, and I'm sure that Molgera can too. So can you guys please stop pestering me about this? If you wanted Bujjang to get into the clan, you should've voted when you had the chance to. Don't blame me for not checking out the clan page :/

I feel like I've already answered your questions. Bujjang just doesn't seem that dedicated to the clan, his only reason seems to be that Green is in it.
