Yeah, used Fireworks?

The borders of the actual image don't blend in with the smudges. The low quality is more or less distracting rather than a good thing, and the image seems distorted length-wise. the <3 seems like it's quality is a bit too sharp for the rest of the sig, too.

Depending on what the original image looked like it's pretty good for a first.

When i first saw it, i thought you were feeding her your phone.

i actually laughed out loud at that comment :p and i agree maybe either smudge the <3 or make a new one with the brush.

I think it is smudged to much.... maybe a twister effect with not so strong of a blur.. but not bad for a first.

It's not a smudge effect btw, I just used the brush tool :S
Also, the pic's okay quality, but I used my phones Solarize function, gives it a cool look cos I'm totally artisté.
