keyframes(again)

View Profile after attempting to animate on my brothers new computer i realized that the frame keyboard shortcuts(like f6 of f8) were different on newer computers
i had a really old computer and they keyboard short cuts were different.
f5=lengthens frame
f6=new frame
f7=does some weird useless thing
f8=nothing
i just need to figure out the keyboard short cut for making a copy of the frame you are on.(not double framing) I want it to create a new frame to draw on with the stuff on my past frame in it without affecting my past frame.
tell me how to do this in old computer style. which isn't the way most of stickpage uses

View Profile right click>insert keyframe. usually the hot key would be f6 but not on your computer I guess :[]

if not can u change the controls?
