I'm having trouble understanding what I'm supposed to do but I think its like it's an unrushed version of Rushed 4 as far as the concept goes.

I don't really get what you mean by the speed effect.
But you can do it since it's just an effect or what.

he means that thing in which the screen gets blurry and there are like little stripes going the opposite direction of where the character is going.
