Story
He is the son of a human woman and a storm god. His mother died when she gave birth to him, so his father brought him into the kingdom of the gods but at that time they thought he was just a human with no special powers. The leader of the gods didn't accept him and said that he should be sent to earth for no human is allowed in his kingdom. So his father sent him to earth with two guardians. The guardians took care of him and awoken his powers that is somewhat similar to his farther's. The guardians then helped him to fully control his ability and uses it to have friendly fight.

Anyway, I like your water effects. The animation could use a little work but that's ok. Also, an electrically charged water RHG is very unique.
