Your two main options are:
Upload the .swf file to a .swf sharing site, the most popular being Fileize (which is run by one of out Admins, Jeff) and upload it to Community Animations.
Upload it to the Stickpage Portal, but only recommended for big, completed projects.

Yeah, you dont need permission, though I suggest fileize, you dont have to ask there

Which we'll do, but it might take a little while before we get to it. Just be patient, these sort of threads are made every other day and it never gets it done any faster.
