A little question, are you willing to make some of the competitions "Joint-able"? I would like to see some brainstroms on literature.

I like the LoL tourney idea, but I feel the Friday exercise thing could have more to it.

Like on Friday everyone animates something, and then you like feature the weekly best... Somewhere.
Kinda like the hot weekly picks thingy back on FA.

Idk, just my opinion... Or idea.

Man Stone this is a great idea :D i think the animating is the best part because the anims would be for practice (at least for me) and the anims might even be a little tricky, which as an animator would make the whole community be more involved and get better at animating.

So... Lemme toss some ideas.

About the friday anim. exercises, one admin should choose a small topic at the beggining and have us forum members create similar ideas for practising animations...
Then in the next topic people would vote for the ideas they like most so as the next topic is based on them and so on...

Gamer tournaments better be based mainly on Stick Wars 2 beacause LoL players may not be in the same server-areas ( ex. I am in nordic-east server whereas sb may be in the EU West servers). What'dya think?

lol Way to be pessimistic as fuck Jombo.

I like the "pass the canvas" idea a lot, except 5 minutes probably isn't enough time for most people to create anything interesting or worth looking at in. 15 minutes or something would be better.
I'd probably participate in things that have to do with drawing and possibly poems, rap lyrics or other rhyming in terms of written stuff. Also, it'd be cool if there was something for people who make music, but that's probably never going to happen, since musicians on stickpage are pretty rare.

That's just the thing.. this won't stop large projects and these kinds of things will be a 'low-participation' type of commitment. On top of that, they are more-so geared towards fun rather than a perfect finished product.

In my opinion, we should make all four of them. Because some people cant animate or their computer cant play the game or have bad grammar. Thus, making all 4 events could be entered by all the people of Stickpage.
