The punch looks un natural, you should have the black guys torso lean back as hes getting ready to punch, and then the white guy recovered from the hit too fast

You should think about a fight, like a real one, and think about their stances.
Or maybe act out punches and kicks, because as Amf said it looks unnatural, so yeah think about a flow of a fight.
