Still Need CnC

it's photoshop , and just my 3rd painting, my 1st one sux c:

the cloud shouldn't have a shadow under it, and the face shading could be a little less plain.

the shading is better on the body, but I can still see pieces here and their coming out of places they shouldn't be.

overall great work man, keep it up and try to draw something a bit bigger than this next time? :)
