I just started working out again about two months ago and I had already done 3 of these before my brother started recording. This was my very last exercise in a nearly two hour-long workout. I was pretty tired as you can tell by my form starting to fall apart. Also, this was my first time trying this particular type of push up.

They're triceps push ups. You put the knuckles of your fists on the ground, right behind your armpits and look straight ahead. Lift yourself up fully and then back to the ground in a slow, controlled manner. Like I said, I lost form due to the fatigue from my other workouts, so I did them more quickly and sloppily than I had wanted to. :/

I do

- crunches with my arms at full length behind my head
- curl (both biceps and forearms)
- do lunges with weight
- jump rope
- squat(low weight, high reps)
- shoulder shrugs
- several other types of push ups
- pull ups underhanded with a close grip
- back extensions with weight

And I believe that's it. I obviously don't do them all every day, though. I switch it up to keep my muscles working every time I exercise.

With the Chin ups, you only actually finished 3 of them >_>, also if you want to do better ab stuff, cross your arms over your chest, and bend up to where your elbows a locked between your legs and your pelvis. Knees at 90 degrees. Also those pushup, weren't really true triceps push ups. Just have your hands right next to you and go down to 90 degrees.
