Don't know his name, he froze the game once I killed his archer and sword and chased his miners into the castle.

Anything I can do other than sit with window open?

Thanks Brock... problem is I don't know his name! First time I played him, and don't anyone in game to see his name while it is froze.

Will game eventually resolve to the win/lose screen?

I also just reset the servers. It could have been me :)

I think u should be able to see your opponent's name while ingame, not just at loading screen and end, so we can see their name if they froze the game.
