The arm positioning is off, try to do that kind of pose with your arm, it wouldn't reach all that way to come from the direction it's coming from.
And I'm not too fond of the pointing of the nose.

I like the face; your eyes seem to be a reasonable distance from each other. I'd appreciate pupils, but that's just me.
The left eyebrow bugs me to no end; it seems to be stretching itself to creep onto the center of the forehead, while the right eyebrow stays within the range of the right eye.
The angle in which the arm is slanted seems like an uncomfortable position (I've just tried it, ow). maybe moving it from a 7 o' clock position, to a 5 o' clock position would fix that right up.

More traditional.

The arm looks like its coming out of his chest, but I like the hand. Im still not very good at hands so it looks good to me at least
