Abilities and weapons:Having the ability of perception and probability. The user manipulates the probability of something happening making unlikely events occur more often or instantly and preventing liable events from happening by depending on what paths he sees is necessary.He's also capable of making people a psycho like him self. Weapon of choice "Over kill" black white arrow battle axe appears when needed, but prefers to use his fist and is a pro boxer and newly tae kwon do master.
Weakness: standing too long makes him tired and likely he'll fall a sleep since he's an insomniac so he has to move around a lot.
Because he's a little of a pyro maniac he can be lured by fire.
Story:Mr.M.I is head of the Bloqk Cartel a mafia organization that he formed to have order and run the the underworld he uses his connections to help himself save the world by putting it into a crisis (Total twisted sense of what saving is) and kill his worst enemy windows the guy that mad him into a psycho and mentally scared Mr.M.I's mind at young age erasing his mind clean. Sticking his hand into his head and messed up his mind beyond repair traumatized him and ruining his life leaving him in a mental institution. He became an insomnia and developed nightmares about himself he saw himself as some monster with no mind no heart no soul, so he doesn't sleep the only thing he does remember is that he started a fire that killed his parents.Eventually he became Schizophrenic,through his madness he realized he was able to see demons and other creatures.He talked to them asked to make the pain go away,and gain back his memories and find Windows
To do this he made a contract with the demons.They changed him and made him a monster and mad his Schizophrenia even worse to the point were he developed multiple personalities, the madness drives him to do wicked things and changes his perception of what good is.Now as the bloqk Cartel boss he plans destroy the very world.

Personality:Socially awkward, strange a little weird
has abnormal behavior toward people gives people the creeps has a strange speech pattern making it difficult for people to understand him sometimes.He always appears from behind people never being detected and is always grinning showing his lightly yellow teeth looking you dead in the eye.His mere presents sends chills down your spine.What's worse is not what's on his mind but rather what's in it.Including that he has 2 other multiple personalities he can talk to at all times but are never seen by anyone around him, but they can switch places. Not only that,but his own thoughts are to gruesome and horrible to hear and to tragic to be put into words.
