Why was I not aware of a relatively easy to use, free, awesome 3d animation software?

This animation was made in a program called "Blender". I got it recently and it seems like it has some potential. I shall look up tutorials and help guides and see if I can learn this. Anyone else hear about this?

Well 3d animation is a complicated process, but the guy who made this video said it took him only 3 weeks to make it. He no doubt already had the character models for it, but its still impressive.

I used it before, made some poses with ready-made models too, and a bit of incomplete animation that never got posted on the internet.

This tutorial isn't really about how to animate, its only an intro too, but I guess you could learn some stuff from it.

EDIT: Damn that Enderman fight scene was awesome!
