You're doing a nice job on members. You're finding some active people. Hope they're determined to stay and work with the clan, and not just leave willy nilly.
Btw, don't turn down people who arent exactly up to par, some times there are animators who try and try again to make it into clans, and never do due to skill, but those, are usually the most faithful members, the ones that will stick with a clan that finally gave them a chance. So if it comes down to, "We don't have enough good tryouts, time to extend" I recommend not doing it. I, as a previous clan leader, would say let the other kids who aren't far behind in. They grow fast when in a clan of friends always helping them improve. And this clan will grow stronger.

But that's just MY advice, feel free to run your clan how you run it.
