The time has also changed. Be ONLINE and ready for your matches anywhere between 12 Noon (EST) and 6pm (EST)

Just to any of my opponents. Im not sure I could go on at 6:00pm-7:00pm because of homework.
Maybe on weekends if homework is slack

Because it's FFA basically. I mean, sooner or later you'd have to face someone above your elo in order to win. So to keep it fair, it's random. And it would be impossible to make it work otherwise.
