FIRST ONE:It looks good, I like the colors, what you did on the nose, cheeks, etc. although you need to improve on anatomy a bit(Was that huge eye on purpose?), and shading esp. on the hair. Many people have problems like that on the hair.

SECOND ONE: Really creepy, looks a bit like me esp. hair, well, mostly, the hair which is well done, apart from being flat, no shading(it is black, though), and , again with your anatomy issues, the hand is messed up

Shading on the hair in the first one was just not good at all. I liked the second one better but his hand was fucked up. Not bad though

These both seem unfinished, nothing you can really critique.
