Its a good drawing overall but I have to say the mouth is a bit too close to the chin. I like the eyes, though :) The hair showes some fluidity and texture but I still think that the face is slightly out of proportion. Gus's one looks better because it have shading around the top of the neck to make it look more 3-D like, the background is sloppy, but I guess with what time you had it was all you could do. As you can see, the top-right is unfinished. Overall, good job with the drawing and I hope to see more from you :)

That neck is too long.
