I think the fingers are your flaw but everything else looks quite nice.

I see how he's holding it. Kind of like he just strummed the strings on a guitar right? If so, the hand position is good, just looks a bit odd in any case. The only other thing is his eyes, they seem a bit bland in this, especially with all the bright lights and effects/filters. Really well made though. It looks really nice

Gradients can make the world go round, a radial gradient applied to a circle can easily give it depth.

That looks epic.

You overdid the effects. I know I use the word tacky a lot. That's because it's a great descriptor of a lot of the art posted in here. You should make an effort to produce your own special-effects and not depend on Flash's built-in ones, it looks better.
