This Half-assed RHG is one of the few spawners in the world; he uses his ability to spawn in his weapon of choice: An Axe. He uses his Axes as a close and long range weapon [long range being better for him] to fight his opponent to the death. He has an un-forgiving nature and a simple personality, not much is known about his past which is why others tend to stay distant from him. People see his 'gift' as a threat, they do not wish to interact with him, go anywhere near him.. Have anything to do with him.
