I don't think there should.
Sure, it's a poor standard, but I don't think it's fair to do so, I think everyone should be allowed to post anything they've made as long as it doesn't break the rules, then it's fine.

Obvioisly not get infracted. But what if he keeps posting these kind of "art" each day?.

Yeah, I want to go ahead and do that after all the confusion clears up.
