I believe he is talking about programs like pivot or eztoon, which I believe is impossible to convert into flash files.

The animation you provided happens to have a length of 1.5 seconds. The rules state that you must submit one that's 5 seconds or longer. On top of that, Arch-Angel only takes requests of 10 seconds or more.

On top of that I'm not sure when I can do it :/ I brought my computer down here with me but don't have internet :( there is a really expensive laptop that I want and can afford and will need since ill be in service in a few months, so whenever I get that ill be able to do critiques again like I was.
