It would make sense that a locked RHG is STILL an RHG page. Besides, if an RHG page that's locked isn't an RHG page, then I don't know what is, and this Clan Page would be locked. :I

Yep, locked or not, still an RHG page.
I won't be changing that; as long as the page exists it's fine. So when your page is locked, standard stuff as usual, nothing else.
