I voted fair because the background was great but the animation wasnt the best.
the movements were choppy and and stiff. look at some tutorials for movements and walks.
Once you have witnessed the basics, try to move every limb in every frame.

Yeah, The background is good, but the animation overall low beg, Its honestly short and lacks alot of real movement. You should probably look at some tutorials
