Gah will you guys please stop it with the "Guz style" thing. I don't really see his style. He just uses regular looking sticks and apparently loves spin kicks. It's not really unique or different, it's just well done and smooth.
Now for your animation. Pretty good, you've improved, but you still have the same issue you always suffer with, stiffness. A good way to eliminate this is to animate legs first like I do.

I will go ahead and talk about the initial first, and second punch. To me, it looks a lot like a simple tap in comparison with a punch. You need to work on the force, power, and anticipation of the punch. The first punch is better than the second one, though. Even if the character is blocking there will still be force in the punch and thus, force is needed. I am not too great at explaining but I try to help when and where I can :)

Easing is a problem with it in some parts, but it was smooth for the most part. And just because you use the minecraft text and use flips doesn't mean its guz's style....I agree with ahmad here.

Minecraft text lol
u silly
And the flip wasn't meant as a part of his style
That was just me messing around with it

Ahh that fire was weak-sauce. The blast was decent but the lift off was lazy. You didn't follow up with the particles. The reactions were stiff and choppy too. I was actually expecting a weird but cool first attack with the stance you chose but then it just want to a normal punch which isn't bad it's just...meh.
Just keep practicing!

I agree with everything he said, Also your fire was indeed "week sauce". you had no force in the anim either
