If you ask me both of them are about the same. It all depends on personal preference really so there isn't going to be a real winner.
Both of you need to look up some basic tutorials on movements and easing. Then after practicing a little bit more, maybe do some more speed animations (but don't necessarily rush them) and then do an actual RHG battle.
