Yep, as the title suggests..
My animation style consists of:
1.NO GUIDELINES - True dat ( I meant, drawing guidelines before animating not the onion skin things lolz)
2.30 fps, less double framing wtf
3.Angle stuff
4.Head first before body animation
5.Parts motion/shape tweening
6.Drawn style (Drawing using line tool/pencil tool to draw a hand or something, I used to do that in Project X)
7.Epicness (Exaggerating)
UPDATE Gold Questions (Exaggerating again):
1.What is the first thing you see that is good for your animation that you didn't even notice?
Example: While Im animating body movement with line tool, it ends up pretty smooth, i didn't notice that
2.What is your problem in animating? Like the flow of a fight, or lack of inspiration
3.What is your desired level goal of animating like:
Example: You want to make an animation that surpasses Terkoiz's
or you want to make an anime movie but practices first.
What's yours? I got curious of how everyone else animates that's all
What animation style do you do?

I wouldn't really call it style, since I can change things I animate and how I animate.
I'll just follow things you said.
1. Most of the times, I use guidelines with 2D, 3 lines would be enough. But I never really use them that much.
2. I don't like doing stuffs with higher fps, So my fps varies on lower ones. 20-26 or what. Well mostly I just stick to 24 since they don't have that much difference.
3.About the angles, It's not really part of the style I guess. Since you can do it whenever you want.
4. Body first for 2D. On angles, I just animate wherever I start off.
5. Shape tween, I use them. Not that much on movements, mostly on slow-mos and transitions.
6. By drawn style, I'll say "Frame by frame". I do frame by frame since I do fullbody.
7. (You said epicness? I don't see one :I) Well mostly my anims will be dark and about demons/monsters/brutality that kind of stuffs.
Some more things to mention, is that I like to focus on making the graphic appeal better. Like BG effects whatnot.
I also tend to do backgrounds last.

1. For guidelines, Onion Skin. Come on, you can't tell me you don't use that.
2. 30 FPS, a fuckload of double framing usually.
3. Nope, I hate animating angles. It's so tedious and if there's the slightest hint of something gone wrong, then nothing in the whole thing works well.
4. Well, I swap between the two quite a lot. But mostly head first.
5. Frame by frame animation of sticks. It depends when I use motion tweening so there's no specific situation I can state.
6. I also change in this quite a bit. I find that the line tool has a sort of stylish factor to it that gives the anim an overall polished look (when done right). But for the most part I use Brush.
7. I try to make everything as epic as possible but in the end it all depends on how the viewer takes it.

guidelines:
2 lines, bottom of head and bottom of torso
FPS:
24, 27 or 30FPS. Always do single frame unless it is vital to double frame
angles:
I do it oftern, since i wanna be like supranova and eviltie c:
head/body first:
I used to do head first when i first started, then started to do body first. NOW i went back to head first :p
I normally do motion tween for slo motion effects for effects and shape tween for stick fig slo mos
tools:
Line tool all the way. I only use brush for effects
epicness:
Well, i guess i do like doing angles... ALOT and make the cinematic feel good. I also like to make everything smooth and fluid c:

Guidelines
I rarely use guidelines ._. but i use it when the ground is not straight :D
FPS
When i didnt discovered double framing i commonly use 25 fps, then i discovered this dual-framin so mah Fps turn 30 :D
Tools
I mainly use line and i doesn't use brush besides When im a noob XD also i use pencil before line.
Drawing
I firstly construct the body but i doesn't place the head when im finish,i putting the head after i construct the figure, when i animating i commonly makes in between frames to make it smoother.
Onion-Skin
I animating with a 2 by 2 onion skin and i doesn't use the second version of onion skin,i using it when the BG is blended with the effects,I using multiple skin when i gonna move the sticks and some stuffs.
Motion tween
I using it when slow-motions,Smoke fade,some fades,and v-cam effects,you know.
Shape tween
When making some loop animation XD.
Angle?
I commonly but it suck XD.
Gold Question
Question #1:What is the first thing you see that is good for your animation that you didn't even notice?
Well im animating, commonly testings while im testing some anim i learn some techniques and sometimes i wondering why my animation come smooth when i saw it,suddenly sometime it turn choppy and some negative animation :(.
Question #2:What is your problem in animating?
Resizing,and Physical movements
Question #3:What is your desired level goal of animating like:
I have a desired level,its level just like oxob's movement :I.
Thats all Folks XD

Guidelines
-Some time's i use it if it's important..like collab..and something else..
FPS
-I'm now currently using 24 fps ONLY.. i'm bad at 30 fps.. even i'm practice, i'm still worse at it.
Tools
-Brush
I'm using brush for some power effects like (electricity, fire, water, etc)
-Lines
I'm using this for a blank background and create weapons. Some times i use it for doing some angles (V-Cam focus on feet)
-Pencil
I'm like using pencil, it's the easiest animation tool than brush.
Drawing
-Firstly i do the body first and then head (brush, not circle)
Angles
-i'm awesome at angles. Not really, at lest i comfortable doing it.
Effect
-I'm worse at effects, it's really hard for me to do it

I'm a bit tired of the threads popping up, but I will particpate in this one because you're actually focusing on the person. Most of these threads have pictures of peoples construction or compare you to other "Top Notch" animators. But with this you describe your style...
1.If my background horizon is above my stickfigures feet, I use a guide floor, to know where to have my stick walk. And I sometimes storyboard.
2.30 fps, I do double frame, not to the point of chopiness, but I like slower movements. I don't like extra fast combos and such. Also I hate single framing, it gives off such a smooth result that 1, it looses force from point of view, and its just unpleasent to watch because the thing is just.... so smooth looking.
3.I do line tool angles, I don't mean just a close up, I actually animate it from a different perspective than 2D.
4.I do a majority of head first, unless I don't know where to place the head next, i then do body first. I switch back and forth though, for 1 long period I did body first but then switched, then switched again.
5.I tween slow-mom, BG's, Vcam, Intro or something moving suddly or fading away. I don't tween smoke.
6.Brush tool always. More natural and stylish feel to me. Line tool Also comes out too smooth to me, I can't stand it, only for angles and making a weapon/item that doesn't need an outline, can I tolerate line tool. I only use pencil tool when on the CS's, because of such small brush sizes. (They should fix that. xD)
7.What I like in my animations is low quality, and my pace. Some people don't like it, but I love the low quality setting. And a slower-ish pace instead of fast combos one after another. I also like to noodle, what I mean by that is i don't always bend my joints, I usually curve them. They kinda fly and flop around. Effects, Not my strong point AT ALL. I can do blood, and explosions, atleast basic versions. But nothing else, I just can't do effects or understand them. Which is funny because my clan is a clan based around effects and combos. Backgrounds are nearly IMPOSSIBLE for me,I don't like making backgrounds because they all seem used. On grass, in the city, on a mountain, ON WATER. I can draw them, but I don't want to use them. I have an issue getting started, once ive started I get the flow and keep going, but its hard starting off an animation. No desired level except my own. Sure I envy other animators and their skill, but I don't to be as good as anyone, I just want to be better at being me, and improve.

1. I don't use guidelines. I just use my eyes. Therefore, my animations usually have a tiny bit of resizing, but that's fine.
2. I use 24 fps. It's easier to animate, along with decent smoothness.
3. For now, I only animate 2D. I'm planning on practicing with angles and stuff.
4. Draw body first, add the head, next frame. Rinse and repeat.
5. I don't use tweening as of yet. I'm still working on my stickfigure movements.
6. I mainly use brush tool for my animations. Give me a ton more flexibility and freedom. Whenever I work on loops, however, I want it REALLY smooth, so I use line tool for that.
7. Smoothness. Yes. I focus on smoothness using my BRUSH tool. Works, though, if you're patient.

Oh there's three new questions.
1. For a perfectionist, I jizz at my own work when everything blends in and it just look fucking perfect. Sadly that only happens on unfinished anims.
2. Problem in animating is procastination, I lack motivation at times. But once in a while I take it seriously.
3. Desired level. I'm pretty happy with what I'm doing now, after almost two years of animating. Just that I want to do stick full lengths.. My two full lengths aren't stick .-.

The way you guys animate is kinda inspirational (In a way I think, don't ask)

1.I don't use GUIDELINES! I don't know how it works, and what's the effect for me.
2.30/24 fps (depend on how important is the animation for me) , and less double framing! I don't know how to use double framing XD
3.I like to use angle, but if I'm too lazy, I'll make it 2D
4.I make body first. then I'll put the head (I don't know how can they put those heads first!!)
5.I use motion tween for slomo, vcam, moving object.
6.I use line tool to make a stickman. Because line is the first thing that I ever use until now for a stickfigure. But for the mouth, eye, I use brush.
7.Epic and Humor (sometimes)
Gold answer:
1.What is the first thing you see that is good for your animation that you didn't even notice?
When I make a detailed effect, it end so epic! And, smooth...
2.What is your problem in animating?
My problem is, the moves (if that's my first try) lol, and I'm lack of experience. I'm still 5 months on animation, but that's not bad with a fact I can get tenth place on 20SKCJ competition with MY THIRD ANIMATION!!!! And, I beat some legends on there XD I ALMOST GET A SAME POINT WITH YUN!! lol yeah...

1.Guidelines + grid
2. 40 fps, better and smoother
3. I animate angles as I am a media student, ie, POV view, Background view etc
4. Body first
5. Normal animation, but a little more precise as It is at 40 fps
6. Brush, pencil and line tool
