STORY
Allen,mostly known as Azul(meaning water)was just a normal man back then,until he saw a gangster who was creating havoc around the city,he tried to fight off the gangsters but was quickly overpowered by them right at the brink of death he saw a light on his hand he knew that he's gained a power,he threw the energy-like ball at the leader who died because his face was exploded because of the ball,Allen stands up and kills the last remaining gangster.After that day on,he vowed to protect the city from havocs.
