Folds in clothes are decent but weird shading
The cave looks like metal, and too "edgish". It shows too many edges and theres almost no texture
the flag... i don't know what you did with it. The shading of it throws it way off..
And the blade,, just looks funny (might be personal opinion though)

This looks like photoshop.

Well the shading is well done for the most part but I cant tell what the blob is that he's looking at. It could either be an army or a distant colorful town. So I would make that more clear if possible.
