Fire arrows need a buff.

Gale and I recently tested the power of fire arrows and we found that, although there is a range increase, they don't do any additional damage like the ability description says.

Also, fire arrows shouldn't be a one-use ability but rather a toggle-able passive with a small mana cost like the Dead's poison guts ability.

Opinions?

Fire arrows need a buff AND a bug fix
Sometimes fire arrows would just shoot straight up in the air and miss if the unit moves

Lmao wtf 4 people want both? And I'm the only person who says passive is better. I don't care if there is increase damage, but if you make a cheap passive which permanently raises range AND damage, let's just start massing archidons instead of swords...
A passive longer range is fairer to me, so I can start kiting earlier on,

I'm not sure about it being passive, plus swordwrath massing with rage is the shit for most users. Damage increase is one thing I agree on, but for passive, i'm pending.

I do believe fire arrows actually do more damage to armour. Although it being a passive would be nice. When I first started playing I thought they were passive, but sadly, no.

THey don't. I tested this on SPEARTONS! Are you saying speartons don't have armour...? (p.s takes 40 arrows to kill, normal or fire)

Yes!! I have been saying this for ages, but no one believed me.

And yes I do think that they need a buff. right now there is really no good reason to use it.

I would say make it passive and keep the same damage, or keep the cooldown and buff damage to > blazing bolts.

Fr0st, there'll be a small mana cost, just like with the Dead's poison guts. So... it isn't free and thus not as OP as you think.

Lol. Isn't the dead thing like 10 mana per cast? That's easily affordable, with 3-4 miners on mana.
