Assignments
BlackOut will be using individual assignments for the members, each will focus on that members weaknesses as an animator, using help, tips and guides made from other members, these will begin as soon as our 6th is accepted, there will be no due dates or time restraints for these assignments, as they're aimed towards improvement other than activity, when you have completed one, you will be assigned with another, what the assignments will be based upon is via criticism from other members, not anyone else, I advice allies to help with this, I recommend each assignment to take no longer than 3 weeks.
If you are unable to note anything that can be improved, I will assign you with a common skill which you seem to not use often, to simply keep up skill.

Tryouts
You can make a 8+ second animation with a 5+ combo of your RHG fighting another member of BlackOut
-Creative ideas +1
-Include more than one clan member +1
-Demonstrating a good understanding of all basic animation principles +1
-Music is optional, but I personally recommend it.
-Tryouts can be made with any animation programm of your choice, including Flash (any version), Pivot, TISFAT, Stykz, Easytoon or even Flipnote, as long as you're able to do anything that requires a Flash exclusive template.
