I don't think there is a genre I really dislike, but if im going to go with favorites i'd say, action, romance, psychological, thriller, sci-fi and mystery.

i like mechas too...

I'm going to go with Comedy, Action, Fantasy, Horror, Adventure. As for not listed ones, Harem, Ecchi, Mystery, Mecha, Sci-Fi and lots more.

My love lies with Comedy, Drama and Gore; mix them together and you'll get something like Mirai Nikki! which was unfortunately quite average...

Comedy,Action,Martial arts,Sports,Sci-fi (not that much)and Psychological mind fucking animes
Hajime no ippo and Slam dunk had gathered the comedy with the sports they are my fav ones.
Baki the grappler and Tekken shoot fighter (Tough) are martial arts type.
Scryed along with Dead man wonderland had the action with the sci-fi.
and RAINBOW- Nisha Rokubo no Shichinin is a Psychological mind fucking anime that makes you want to kick the guards of the bloody prison assess
