Well... After 5 months learning how to animate a stickfigure. I haven't figure out, when the time should I use the double framing or not. So, until now, I waste my time to do single frame ;n; Every time, I try it. It will like a lagging flash XD. So, what I want to ask a help is:

Is there anybody know, when should I use the double framing? (the timing of the double framing!)

Understand? lol

Thank you :)

Double framing is for actions that would normally happen slower than others.
Thats really all there is to it

Basically what the others said.
Where you need it to be slower, specially during anticipation (beginning and end of a movement)

Using double frames depends on the FPS counter. If it's 24, you would use double frames for slower-meaning movements such as standing with secondary action, or anticipation. [ AKA using the double frame on the attack frame or before the attack for a sign of larger force. ]

If you're using 30 FPS, hell, it's gonna be hella hard to get the spacing right. But, use the extra frames for movements in anticipation, resting, and easing.
