As you know, I revived my GizmoGamers clan. But im having bit of trouble.

You see, the reason i didnt have many members in the old clan was because half the people itry to recruit
1. Dont respond to emails
2. Dont register
3. register, but never come on

I need recruitment tips. How did The Sons of Saints get so many members? Also, I have a question to all clan leaders. Can Members of dead clans join my clan?

Bribe them and they will join xD.

00ben00 got a few of his friends to join FK, even after it was disbanded. Get him and his friends to join your clan. Although I think he already joined FN.
But with others, make sure they are committed.
Keep track of their activity.
Kick if they are inactive without an excuse.
Give them a good reason to join. TZ got popular because it was a powerful clan made by WyzDm and Daemonic, give your members something that they want.

Also, try to get active and loyal people in your clan, now just random people you fought 1 time. Get to know them better, and if there have a nice personality and seems active, ask them to join!

The clans are on the verge of failing. Several clans are still left, including:
The GizmoGamers (revived)
Team zenith
Campers rest
And barely sons of saints (falling apart fast, consider it dead)
Cheetos clan

So I have a plan. Another clan era plan.

MAIN CLAN ERA PLAN: We Unite

Think about it. GizmoGamers. Team zenith, Cheetos clan, campers rest, and all the remainder of the dead clans, all united. Under one roof. We fight as one. Here's how the government of it will be split up:
Members: all the members
Mods: leaders of the weak and/or small clans (like me, maybe kannigi, etc)
Leaders: WYZDM, Captain corps, Frost
But we aren't as one whole. We're separated into pods. A state within a country, or a small groups that form one.

And their are 2 concepts
Here's concept 1
Group 1 (insert awesome group name here) new members are located here. Governed my Me and probably another lesser skilled player. Weakest group of the whole place. Usually the training group. Can be any ranking

Group 2: governed by more advanced players: kannigi, aiman, etc. once training is finished, new members are offered to register in this group. Average group. Controls group one. Has to be in the top 100

Group 3: the best of the best. Leaders include captain corps, frost, WYZDM, etc. this branch rules over all the other groups. Regulates power between the branches. Has to be in the top 50.

Concept 2. Their are 4 groups. Each group has their own individual government. One group is ruled by me and Kannigi. Other group is ruled by frost and aiman. Next group is ruled by Krayzstick, etc.

But all the groups are ruled by the 5th group. The most powerful group. No one rules over this group. They all work together to govern the others. It's made up of expert stick empire players.


So their you go. I just gave you guys a plan to save the clans. We unite. Fight as one.

Of course, the reason I came up with the group thing is because if we were all in one whole group, it wouldn't be fun.

Woah why am I a leader? I quit SE!

Find fun members that are active, and like to talk. Get a chatbox up a running, and let it flow from there. Keep it neat, keep it organized. Don't put up with any BS.

And the way I see it, Team Zenith is a dictatorship in terms of SE clans, ran by 3 people. (Leaf, WyzDM, and myself.)

...BS=? Also, Zenith is alive and kicking so no changes for them. Camper's Restand Furious Napkins? New so I'm not sure. TGC, SOS and other clans are considered dead so they might join together. BUT, who will rule them? The dead clan's leaders aren't capable enough(If not, WHY did their clan died?) so who will unite us?

Leaders of dead clans should form one clan that they choose one leader for it.

Im pretty sure the only (and original) reason for clans to exist is for friendly unified competitions between groups of players. What would be the fun of having just one big clan?

Thats why I made up the group concept. So that different groups could compete with each other
